Peter Waller has extensive experience as Chief Financial Officer for PE-backed and public international businesses and as a non-executive director. Previously, Peter was the CFO for Swissport, the leading airport ground handling company, and led the company through the COVID crisis and its financial restructuring. At CEVA Logistics, a global logistics company, he oversaw as CFO significant performance improvements and managed the IPO on the Swiss stock exchange. He was also CFO of Flender, a mechanical drives company carved-out of Siemens, of Eurofins Scientific, a leader in bio-analytical testing, and of Fyber, a mobile advertising technology provider. Peter had started his career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and later with Alix Partners. He held or holds various independent non-executive directorships including of US logistics company Syncreon and Evoco portfolio company rebuy. Peter holds a Master’s in Business Administration from ESSEC Business School and University of Mannheim and received a Ph.D. from the University of Paderborn.
