Working with Evoco in different capacities since 2023, Otavio officially joined us in mid-2025 as Head of Funds. He focuses on building governance frameworks, designing fund structures, and coordinating fund finance, operations, and reporting. A qualified lawyer, he was previously a Senior Fund Corporate Officer at a service provider in Luxembourg, providing legal and operational support to a range of private equity clients including Evoco, coordinating operations and leading board meetings, and acting as day-to-day contact for complex mandates. Earlier, he served as Corporate Secretary/Senior Legal Counsel at a NASDAQ-listed waste management company, and as Legal Counsel at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto, a first-tier law firm in São Paulo, Brazil. There we advised on structured finance and funds, M&A, securitisations, and public offerings. He holds an MSc in Business and Management from FGV EAESP and a BSc in Law from PUC São Paulo.
